For almost 300 years, St George's Hanover Square has served the people of London's West End as a place of worship, celebration, culture and reflection. From its earliest days, when it served a parish that once extended as far as Pimlico and Knightsbridge, St George's has played a prominent role at the heart of its community. It now falls to the current members of both the congregation and the wider parish to respond to their roles as guardians of St George's by ensuring that this wonderful building with its rich heritage of worship and musical excellence is restored to its rightful state so that it may continue to serve as a focal point of the community for many generations to come.
